<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit stably stopping an oscillation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the oscillation is stopped, an input terminal and an output terminal for an inverter circuit 12 are short-circuited. Accordingly, the stable oscillation circuit generating no overshoot and under-shoot in case of the stop of the oscillation is provided because the gain of the inverter circuit 12 is lowered.
