<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food treatment system intended for the simplification of the whole scheme and space saving. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rack-loading station 7 is installed in the proximity of one side of a food treatment apparatus 3, while a rack-unloading station 9 in the proximity of the other side. The rack-loading station 7 is equipped with a first rack conveyor 15 designed to make a rack 5 retractable and make the rack 5 insertable into the food treatment apparatus 3. The rack-unloading station 9 is equipped with a second rack conveyor 15A designed to make the rack 5 drawable from the food treatment apparatus 3 and make the rack 5 ejectable from the rack-unloading station 9 into the outside, wherein rack-conveying means 23 equipped on the rack conveyors 15 and 15A are horizontally turnable respectively. A tray loader 55 for successively loading trays 11 from above into a multi-tiered tray housing 13 equipped on the rack 5 is installed oppositely to the food treatment apparatus 3, with the rack-loading station 7 situated therebetween.
