Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes a calculating means 32 for calculating surplus power Pr relative to power Pmax which can be supplied from the power source 11, based on consumption power P of a load 31; and a power accumulating means 34 for accumulating power; and a control means 32 for causing the power accumulating means to accumulate power, according to the surplus power calculated by the calculating means.
