<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic service receiving apparatus, capable of effectively receiving photographic printing service, such as, photographic printing from a recording medium on which many photographic frame images can be recorded. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The photographic service receiving apparatus is provided which fetches photographic frame image from the recording medium M, delivered by a user and receiving an order of photographic service of the photographic frame image, based on the kind of service regulating photographic service form selected by a user. The apparatus is equipped with a medium recording information detecting part 61 which detects recording information that indicates the recording state of the photographic frame image on the recording medium, and a preferred service kind deciding part 62 for deciding the kind of service to be preferentially presented to the user based on the detected recording information.
