The device comprises an inflated balloon with an annular structure formed from a flat and upended hose section. The external position of the upended hose section has a radially enlarged area or an intrarectal balloon section (1) for inserting in a rectum. A narrow section or transanal balloon section (2) remains partially outside the rectum. The intrarectal balloon section is not connected with the transanal balloon section.
