<p>A glass layer (3) is interposed between a glass member (4) and a heat conducting body (7) so as to follow a planned welding region. The glass layer (3) is formed using the heat conducting body (7) as a hot plate and removing an organic solvent and a binder from a paste layer. Thereafter, a glass layer (3) is melted by applying laser light L1 using the heat conducting body (7) as a heat sink, and the glass layer (3) is melted and affixed to the glass member (4). Thereafter, another glass member is overlaid on the glass member (4) with the glass layer (3) interposed therebetween. The glass members are then welded together by applying laser light to the planned welding area.</p> |
