<p>Test equipment for testing a device under test includes a controller for controlling the test of the device, a plurality of testing modules for sending/receiving a signal to/from the device, and a plurality of intermediary apparatuses for connecting between the controller and the plurality of testing modules, each including an upper port connected with the controller or to the intermediary apparatus on the side of the controller and at least one lower port connected with the intermediary apparatus on the side of the testing module or to the testing module. Each intermediary apparatus receives a packet from the testing module to the controller at either of the lower ports, adds port identification information of the lower port to the packet and sends it from the upper port. The controller specifies path information to the testing module which sent the packet based on the port identification information of each lower port added to the packet of each lower port on a path extending from the testing module to the controller. The test equipment thus constituted is provided.</p> |
