PURPOSE: A refrigeration cycle device is provided to save energy by suppressing preponderating of refrigerant at plural refrigerant flow paths arranged in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A refrigeration cycle device comprises a compressor(1), a condenser(3), a depressurizing unit(4), and an evaporator. The compressor, the condenser, the depressurizing unit and the evaporator are successively connected to a refrigerant pipe(11) to compose a cycle flow path. The condenser is connected to a plurality of refrigerant flow path in parallel. A flow path outlet, where internal refrigerant becomes a liquid status during an operation at a refrigerant flow path where an entrance of the condenser is located in an upper part is located in a side lower than a flow path outlet where internal refrigerant becomes a liquid status during an operation at a refrigerant flow path where the entrance of the condenser is located in a lower part.
