PURPOSE: A gas barrel valve exchange apparatus is provided to minimize leak gas by securing and sealing a corroded gas barrel in a specific space and making a vacuum in the space. CONSTITUTION: A gas barrel valve exchange apparatus comprises a sealed case(10), a gas barrel securing unit, a cooling device(20) which cools a gas barrel(1) put in a gas barrel positioning space(11) to condense the gas existing inside the gas barrel, a vacuumizing unit(30) which makes a vacuum in the gas barrel positioning space, a valve position change unit(50) which holds a valve separating from the gas barrel and changes the valve position, and a valve separating fitting unit(60).
