<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of an electric wire, which can simply and surely waterproof core wires without the need of a large-scale manufacturing equipment, and to provide a waterproofing method of an electric wire. <P>SOLUTION: The waterproof structure 1 of the electric wire waterproofs a plurality of core wires 21 (jointed parts 23) exposed at an end part 2a of the electric wire 2 and jointed to each other. The waterproof structure 1 of the electric wire includes the wire 2, a bolt 4 and a hexagon cap nut 5. The bolt 4 includes: an axis part 42 with screw threads 42a fitted at an outer periphery face; and a through-hole 43 fitted along an axis center direction of the axis part 42, the through-hole putting the end part 2a of the wire 2 inside and positioning the joint parts 23 inside.
