<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation and an oral medicine which are useful in inhibition of photoaging including formation of wrinkles, skin whitening, promotion of the treatment of inflammation, prevention and improvement of skin roughness and the like and is safe by the manufacturing method for exhibiting the elastase inhibition activity of the seed of Morinda citrifolia or by incorporating, as an active ingredient, an extract prepared by a manufacturing method capable of extracting anti-oxidant action to maximum. <P>SOLUTION: The elastase inhibitor includes a seed of Morinda citrifolia or an extract obtained by eliminating an oil component from the seed of Morinda citrifolia and thereafter subjecting the residue to heat extraction or an extract obtained by subjecting the seed of Morinda citrifolia without pulverization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
