<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register, for example, a print data of a raw material, based on a using frequency, in particular, of a registered data, and to quickly print the print data, as to a banding printer of transmission-processing an image data by dividing it into prescribed sizes, to be printed on a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: This printer connected to host equipment via a network has a storage means for storing a checksum value of band unit data, and a sort number corresponding to the checksum value and sorted according to a using frequency of the checksum value, a comparison means for calculating the checksum value of the prepared new band unit data, and for comparing it with the checksum value stored in the storage means, and a transmission means for reading out the sort number corresponding to the checksum value, when both the checksum values are consistent in a comparison result, for transmitting information of the sort number to the printer together with information of banding print, and for carrying out print processing based on the band unit data according to the sort number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
