<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a vehicular power transmission device having an electric differential part wherein a differential state is electrically controlled, preventing rotation fluctuation of an internal combustion engine at the time of an internal combustion engine stop so as to prevent durability deterioration of the internal combustion engine and also to prevent a bad influence on drivability of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This controller for the vehicular power transmission device has an internal combustion engine speed control means 92 controlling an engine speed of the engine 8 by a third electric motor M3 when a rotation speed of an output shaft 18 of a power distribution mechanism 16 varies during non-autonomous operation of the engine 8, so that increase of the engine speed or reverse rotation of the engine 8 is suitably prevented. The durability deterioration of the engine 8 is suppressed thereby, and vibration by the rotation fluctuation of the engine 8 is prevented to improve the drivability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
