<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board which can enhance flexibility while preventing generation of voids. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A flexible printed wiring board 1 includes: a base 2; conductors 3 and 4 provided on the surface of the base 2; a land through-hole portion 8 consisting of a through-hole 9 formed through the base 2 and the conductors 3, 4, and through-hole plating 10 provided on the surface of the through-hole 9 and the surface of the land portion 30 of the conductors 3, 4; and an insulating layer provided to cover the conductors 3, 4 and the land through-hole portion 8. The insulating layer is formed of: solder resist 11 provided in the land through-hole portion 8; an adhesive layer 6 provided in a part other than the land through-hole portion 8 and laminated on the surface of the conductors 3, 4; and a coverlay film 5 composed of a resin film 7 laminated on the surface of the adhesive layer 6.
