<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted wire manufacturing device reducing distortion of each wire and power consumption. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The twisted wire manufacturing device 10 includes a supporter 30 supporting one ends 20a of a pair of wires 20 at a predetermined interval and a rotor 40 supporting the other ends 20b of the pair of wires 20 at a predetermined interval, wherein the twisted wire is manufactured by twisting together the pair of wires 20 by rotating the rotor 40. The rotor 40 has a rotating plate 42, a pair of chucks 44 supporting the other ends 20b of the pair of wires 20 at a predetermined interval, a pair of rotating arms 46 rotatably pivoted in predetermined positions on the rotating plate 42 to respectively support the pair of chucks 44 and a rod 48 coupling together the pair of rotating arms 46 to be synchronously rotatable.
