<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting device preventing emitted light of organic light emitting elements adjacent to each other from being mutually mixed, and having high bonding strength and dimensional accuracy when bonding an electrode to a bank, and an electronic apparatus using it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This organic light emitting device has a plurality of organic light emitting elements each of which is equipped with a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic semiconductor layer, a bank 31, and a color filter substrate 9. The second electrode contains a metal atom, an oxygen atom combined with the metal atom, and a leaving group combined with at least one of the metal atom and the oxygen atom. The leaving group existing near the surface of the second electrode leaves from at least one of the metal atom and the oxygen atom by giving energy to at least a part of the second electrode, adhesiveness appears on the region of the surface of the second electrode, and the second electrode is bonded to the bank 31 by the adhesiveness.
