<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control apparatus for working vehicles, enabling favorable starting of an engine by suppressing mistaken on-operation of an operation clutch and capable of carrying out good maintenance in a state not starting the engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The operation control apparatus of the working vehicle is configured so that an operation control means C is changed over to an operation mode for operating an operation clutch to on-state if an engine starting state is detected by a starting state detection means 100, when the start of an operation is commanded by an operation-commanding means 25 and so that the operation control means C is not changed over to the operation mode. Also, if an engine starting state is not detected by a starting state detection means 100, the apparatus is constituted so that the operation control means C is changed over to the operation mode when an auxiliary operation command is commanded by an auxiliary command means 50 when the engine starting state is not detected by the starting state detection means 100.
