<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance earthquake resistance by interposing an earthquake-isolating means between a pair of right and left load supporting stands for supporting a load in a load storage space of a rack and supporting members which are projected from right and left bulkhead frames of the load storage space to support the load supporting stands. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Each of four earthquake-isolating units 8 which are arranged at the positions for supporting four corners of a load W and supported by supporting members 7a, 7b comprises supporting pillars 16 erected from the supporting members 7a, 7b, a movable body 17 to be slidably supported by the supporting pillars 16 in every horizontal direction, and an urging member 19 which is interposed between an annular circumferential wall of the movable body 17 and the supporting pillars 16. In the front and rear earthquake-isolating units 8 located on the right and left sides of the load storage space 1, the annular circumferential walls of the movable body 17 are connected to each other at their upper ends by a connection member 32 flush with a top surface of the movable body 17, and each of a pair of right and left load supporting stands 33a, 33b comprises the connection member 32 and the movable body 17 of the front and rear earthquake-isolating units 8 connected to each other by the connection member 32.
