The aircraft has a control device including a central assembly platform and a thrust module and provided for independent dynamic controlling of a position of the thrust module and a centre of gravity position of the aircraft. An actual load module corresponds to selected function and design of the aircraft. A central or local energy supply module has devices i.e. batteries, pumps, an energy distribution system and supply lines. The assembly platform has an assembly form (5a), a cover (5b) and a controllable axial main shaft rotation mechanism (6) attached at the form.
