PURPOSE: A housing for a water faucet valve and a manufacturing method are provided to control the amount of cold and hot water discharged from an outlet, prevent deformation of the housing even hot water is used for a long time, and reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A housing for a water faucet valve, and a manufacturing method are as follows. A stainless steel is cut to a specific length(A). A through hole in which a rotary shaft of a water faucet valve is passed is formed by punching a core part of the cut disk plate(B). A fastening plane is formed by bending the end of the cut disk in which the through hole is formed(C). A mounting plane is formed on a case upper part of the water faucet valve(D). A thread is formed on the fastening plane in which the mounting plane is formed(E). |
