PURPOSE: A railway vehicle structure using an aluminum extruded material is provided to prevent a welding fail during mig welding by replacing vertical ribs of a first and a second extruded material with a third extruded material. CONSTITUTION: A railway vehicle structure using an aluminum extruded material comprises a first extruded material(100), a second extruded material(200), and a third extruded material(300). The third extruded material is welded to the first and the second extruded material by friction stir welding so as to substitute for vertical ribs of the first and the second extruded material.
