The present invention relates to an infinitely variable transmission. More specifically, it relates to an infinitely variable transmission which is integrally constituted in such a way that the clutch function and the transmission rate can be limited or controlled, which can be employed in various fields such as machine tools and automobiles, and which is infinitely variable in a certain range. The present invention, which is designed to achieve the above objective, is characterised in that it comprises: a housing formed with a spacing on the inside; a gearing-adjustment part for adjusting the speed, which is provided in the spacing in the housing; an input part having an input shaft for inputting an external motive force from the gearing-adjustment part; and an output part having an output shaft for outputting at a speed which has been geared up or geared down at the gearing-adjustment part.
