Disclosed is a donepezil-containing patch preparation that has an adhesive layer containing donepezil and an acrylic adhesive on at least one side of a support, where the water content of said adhesive layer is 1000 ppm or more. It is preferable that the water content of the adhesive layer be 8000 ppm or less, and 7000 ppm or less is more preferable.
