<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging stopper with an upper lid for welding a paper container enabling the discharging stopper of a resin portion to be easily separated from a paper container body. <P>SOLUTION: The discharging stopper 10 with the upper lid comprises the upper lid 20 provided with a female screw 23 on the inner peripheral surface and a discharging tube 30 engaging with the female screw of the upper lid. The discharging tube comprises a tube part 32 having a male screw 33 on the outer peripheral surface and an annular flange part 31 extending from the lower end of the tube part in the radially outward direction. A thin deflective part 37 is formed in a part in the vicinity of the lower end of the tube part. A thin annular score 34 is formed on the lower surface of the annular flange, and a protrusion 25 having a sharp tip end is mounted at the lower end of the upper lid. When the upper lid is attached to the discharging tube, the protrusion faces to the deflective part. The tip end of the protrusion is mounted so as to face to the annular score. A protrusion-protecting annular cover member 26 having a predetermined width is mounted to cover the outer periphery of the protrusion. The thin deflective part mounted in a part in the vicinity of the lower end of the tube part has a V-letter shape in its vertical cross-section since the central portion is bent inwardly of the tube. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
