<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic metal separation apparatus by which magnetic metal can be efficiently separated at a low cost from a crushed mixture comprising the magnetic metal, nonmagnetic metal and plastics and to provide a recycling process of the metal and the plastics by which the crushed mixture can be separately recovered according to material kinds by using the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic metal separation apparatus separates the magnetic metal from the crushed mixture comprising the magnetic metal, the nonmagnetic metal and the plastics and is equipped with a rotary cylindrical sleeve and a plurality of permanent magnets fixed in the sleeve so as to have a plurality of magnetic flux density peaks in a normal direction of an outer peripheral part of the sleeve. Further the recycling process of the metal and the plastics, which includes a separating process of the magnetic metal from the crushed mixture comprising the magnetic metal, the nonmagnetic metal and the plastics by using the magnetic metal separation apparatus, is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
