<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate opening and closing of a cap case 8 of an air cleaner in a device which is provided with a supercharging bypass passage 11 connecting a supercharging passage 6 at a downstream of the supercharger in an intake air route and the air cleaner in the intake air route from the air cleaner 3 to an internal combustion engine 1 via the supercharger 2, and which is provided with a supercharging pressure control valve 12 in the supercharging bypass passage. <P>SOLUTION: A soft elastic body flexible hose 14 is used for a section from the supercharging pressure control valve to the cap case of the air cleaner in the supercharging bypass passage. The flexible hose is bent in a L-shape against its elasticity. The supercharging pressure control valve 12 is supported in such a manner that the flexible hose is rotated to a straightly extending direction from a L-shape bend condition.
