<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the replacement of a controller to prevent the lead wire of a connector from being drawn upward in a horizontal direction inside the box body of a storage part, and to prevent droplets from sticking to a charging part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Wiring 19 has one end connected to a controller 14, and a connection part 18 at the other end is stored in a box body 15, and the connection part 18 is positioned at a position higher than the lowest point of the wiring 19. Thus, the storage method of the connection part 18 is simplified and the replacement of the controller for the time of service is facilitated. Since the lead wire of the connector is configured so that it can not be drawn upwards in the horizontal direction inside the box body 15 of the storage part, the droplets are prevented from sticking to the charging part.
