PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting device capable of suppressing or preventing deterioration of characteristics of an organic light emitting element provided in the organic light emitting device with the passage of time, and an electronic apparatus equipped with this organic light emitting device. SOLUTION: A display device 10 has a TFT circuit substrate 20, the organic EL element 1 provided on the TFT circuit substrate 20, and an upper substrate 9 to seal the organic EL element 1. The TFT circuit substrate 20 is formed by bonding the substrate 21 to the base protective film 23 of a circuit portion 22 equipped with a driving TFT 24 through a bonding film 11, and the bonding film 11 is formed of a silicone material mainly containing a desiccant.
