PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device for taking over ultrasonic wave transmission/reception conditions at present in the case that the change of the ultrasonic wave transmission/reception conditions is not needed when an ultrasonic probe is switched. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic device includes: an exchangeable ultrasonic probe 001; a transmission/reception part 002 for transmitting pulse signals to the ultrasonic probe 001 and receiving electric signals based on ultrasonic echoes on the basis of transmission/reception conditions having a plurality of items; a signal processing part 003; an image generation part 004; a display control part 005 for displaying the images; and a condition control means for setting the inputted transmission/reception conditions to the transmission/reception part 002, storing identification information for identifying the ultrasonic probe 001 and the latest transmission/reception condition, acquiring, when exchange with another ultrasonic probe 001 is performed, the identification information of another ultrasonic probe 001, and when it is the same kind as the ultrasonic probe 001 before the exchange, setting the transmission/reception conditions having the same prescribed items as that of the stored latest transmission/reception conditions to the transmission/reception part 002.
