PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a method for performing hot dip zinc-aluminum-based alloy plating in the air, and to put the same to practical use using furnaces free from the generation of dross. SOLUTION: Using two furnaces free from the generation of dross, hot dip galvanizing using high purity zinc is performed in the first furnace, and hot dip zinc-aluminum-based alloy plating is performed in the second furnace.
