PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly operate power generation facilities in safety in starting and stopping by finely adjusting a temperature of a boiler and the like, and to properly cope with abnormality. SOLUTION: This water supply system in the steam-power generation facilities for supplying turbine steam and the water used as cooling water in the steam-power generation facilities, includes a deaerator 1 for supplying the water treated to be used as the water for power generation facilities to a condenser 4, pumping up the water by a condensing pump 5, heating the water by a low-pressure water supply heater 6, removing dissolved oxygen, and heating the steam condensate by using the steam extracted from a steam turbine 7, a water supply pump 2 for pressurizing the water deaerated by the deaerator 1 to a desired pressure, and a high-pressure water supply heater 3 for heating the water pressurized by the water supply pump 2 and supplying the same to the boiler 8.
