<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjustment apparatus which can easily adjust height without using an exclusive tool and is compact. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Adjustment work can be easily carried out without any skill since rotation is made while releasing locking of a ratchet wheel using a general-purpose tool when performing position adjustment.
