PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a molding covering the side edge of a windshield along the inside edge of a pillar cover covering a front pillar of an automobile with high assembling accuracy. SOLUTION: The molding 1 is set along the inside edge 42 of the pillar cover 4 via a clip 2. In the clip 2, an attachment base 20 locked on the backside of the pillar cover 4, and an engagement section 22 arranged in one end thereof with an engagement groove 23 for engaging the molding 1 are formed. In the molding 1, a support leg 11 extended downward on the backside of a head 10 along the pillar cover 4 is formed, and the molding 1 is mounted with the support leg 11 fitted and locked in the engagement groove 23 of the clip 2. The pillar cover 4 is set in the front pillar 3 with the clip 2 attached thereto and the molding 1 locked in the clip 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
