<p>Disclosed herein are an implantation simulation apparatus and method and an apparatus for forming a model of the oral cavity image used for the manufacture of a stent for implantation within the oral cavity. The implantation simulation apparatus includes an image extraction module, a merging module and a simulation module. The image extraction module extracts the image data of a teeth model which is an impression of an oral cavity and the image data of a structure of the oral cavity including an alveolar bone using a diagnostic imaging device. The merging module merges the image data of the teeth model and the image data of the structure of the oral cavity together. The simulation module simulates the location of implantation using an image acquired through the merging.</p> |
