PURPOSE: A fine particle collecting device is provided to offer good portability and carrying convenience by minimizing the number of necessary components, and to measure the fine particle regardless of exterior environmental factors. CONSTITUTION: A fine particle collecting device includes a filter holder(120), a push rod(130), a push rod lifting unit(140), a lever(150), a fixing unit(160), a base(170), and a shielding member(180). A filter cassette(110) is adhered to the bottom of the filter holder. The filter holder includes a fine particle suction hole(121) and a first o-ring(125). A second o-ring(131) is formed on the push rod. The push rod has a first lifting roller(134-1) and a second lifting roller(134-2). The fixing unit includes a supporting board(161), a bearing(165), and an adapter(167). A connecting member(200) is formed on the bottom of the supporting board. The shielding member is inserted inside frame.
