<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle behavior control having a plurality of control modes capable of obtaining output characteristics adapted to vehicle behavior characteristics selected by vehicle behavior control without making calculation complicated in cruise control, and obtaining favorable drivability. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle behavior control part 1 has three modes of : a normal mode for executing all of ABS control, anti-skid control, and traction control; a traction mode for executing the ABS control, the limited anti-skid control, and the traction control; and an off-mode for executing only the ABS control. A driver selects the mode by a mode switch 14. A cruise control part 2 has an upper limit guard value corresponding to each mode according to the mode switch 14, and sets output characteristics adapted to the mode of the vehicle behavior control during normal driving by limiting target vehicle speed with the upper limit guard value during the cruise control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
