<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a spatial distance to be kept between a cutting piece of a coupling portion which is created by cutting the unwanted coupling portion and an adjacent conductive element for an electrical connection component which is formed by insert molding of a bus-bar unit consisting of multiple bus-bars linked by the coupling portion and allows the unwanted coupling portion on the bus-bar unit to be cut after the insert molding. <P>SOLUTION: For a method of processing an electrical connection component which is formed by insert-molding a bus-bar unit made of multiple bus-bars 4 linked by a coupling portion at an insert portion 3 of a housing in such a way that the coupling is cut after insert molding for an unwanted coupling portion 9 corresponding to an unnecessary circuit in the coupling portion on the bus-bar unit, the insert molding is performed in such a state where the surface of the unwanted coupling portion subject to cutting processing is covered with a resin layer 22, while the cutting processing is performed by cutting the unwanted coupling portion including the surface coating resin layer using the diver cut method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
