<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for a solar cell for providing a sufficient BSF effect while suppressing warpage of a substrate even when a thin p-type silicon semiconductor substrate is used; and a solar cell using it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet 1 for a solar cell for forming an electrode layer or an impurity layer on a p-type silicon semiconductor substrate of a solar cell includes an aluminum sheet 2, and a coating layer 3 of adhesive paste formed on a surface of the aluminum sheet 2 and containing inorganic compound powder having a coefficient of thermal expansion smaller than that of aluminum.
