<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room entry/exit management system which takes a video of a person, who enters or exits from a room, with a video camera and subjects the video to image processing to execute more adequate room entry/exit management with a less recording capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The room entry/exit management system is provided with; an entering/exiting person video recording part 2 which records a video of an entering/exiting person 13 which is taken with a video camera 12; a registered-person face image storage part 3 which stores registration ID numbers in association with face images of the registered persons having the ID numbers; an entering/exiting person face image extracting part 4 which extracts a face image of the entering/exiting person 13 from the recorded videos; an entering/exiting person face image comparing part 5 which retrieves the face image of the registered person having the stored ID numbers with the ID number of the entering/exiting person 13 and compares the retrieved face images concerned with the extracted face image to determine whether the person of the retrieved face image is identical to the person of the extracted face image; and a video recording-controlling part 6 which makes the entering/exiting person video recording part 2 delete the video of the entering/exiting person 13 when the entering/exiting person face image comparing part 5 determines that the face image of the entering/exiting person 13 is identical to the face image of the registered person of the ID number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
