PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy consumption, in a heating system heating a room by utilizing heat released by a heat medium of a heat transporting circuit, heated by a refrigerant of a refrigerant circuit. SOLUTION: This heating system has a solar heat utilizing section 20: having a solar heat collector 76 for collecting solar heat, and heating the heat medium of the heat transporting circuit 30 by utilizing hot heat obtained by the solar heat collector 76, in addition to the refrigerant circuit 21 performing a refrigerating cycle by circulating the refrigerant, connected with a heat exchanger 50 for the refrigerant circuit constituting heat source side heat exchangers 50-53; and heating the heat medium of the heat transporting circuit 30 by the refrigerant at the heat exchanger 50 for the refrigerant circuit.
