摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rolled material having high formability by which a rolled sheet suitable to press forming (bulging, deep drawing, etc.) is manufactured by reducing the anisotropy in the rolled material of a metallic material, and to provide the rolled material and a roll-formed body product. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of rolling rolls which are faced each other on both sides of the rolled material are composed of tapered rolls having the same shape and also the rolling rolls the diameter of one roll of which is continuously increased or decreased from the left end toward the right end and the diameter of the other roll of which is continuously decrease or increased from the left end toward the right end are installed in parallel so that the axes of rotation of those rolls are vertically point symmetry, the ratio of the roll diameters in end parts of the upper and lower rolls is taken as ≥1.3 and rolling is performed while imparting shear deformation to a sample sheet, its rolled material and a roll-formed body.
