<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhaling method for easily inhaling hydrogen gas by reducing a size and a weight. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A very small amount of hydrogen gas to be generated by the chemical reaction of magnesium or magnesium hydride is directly inhaled through the mucous membranes of nostrils and an oral cavity. As a means for generating the hydrogen gas by the chemical reaction, organic acid having a carboxy group is used as acid for generating the hydrogen gas from the magnesium and magnesium hydride.
