PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle capable of being operated with a refrigerating capacity which is the same as or higher than a refrigerating cycle using a conventional R134a, when a used refrigerant is changed to a new refrigerant R1234yf. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating cycle comprising a compressor, a condenser, a pressure reducing/expanding means, an evaporator, and an internal heat exchanger exchanging heat between a condenser outlet-side refrigerant and an evaporator outlet-side refrigerant, R1234yf is used as the refrigerant, and a heat exchange amount by the internal heat exchanger reaches a prescribed value or larger determined in advance by simulation or test.
