PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed mattress having superior cushion property and body pressure dispersion property as a mattress used for a bed, being lightweight and facilitating transport and installation. SOLUTION: A support body 2 formed of a rectangular urethane foam, and has a plurality of recessed grooves reaching both ends of the short side direction on its surface, wherein the recessed groove has a depth of 30-70 mm and a width of 15-80 mm; a core body 3 is formed of a rectangular urethan foam having a thickness of 10-40 mm and a hardness of 100-300 N, the short side is folded into two in the long side direction, and both ends of the long side are fitted and supported to one recessed groove of the support body; and a frame body 4 is provided to surround the circumference of the support body.
