<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indication switching device to change over the picture field according to the vehicle speed, capable of inhibiting unnecessary changing-over of the picture field during the ABS operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The indication switching device to change over the picture field according to the vehicle speed is equipped with an ABS operation determining means to determine whether ABS is in operation, a presumptive vehicle speed calculating means to calculate when the ABS is determined as operating, the presumptive speed as the vehicle speed in case assumption is made such that the ABS is out of operation, and a picture field changeover control means to conduct a changeover control of the images indicated in the picture field on the basis of the presumed vehicle speed when the ABS is in operation.
