<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly and precisely reduce deflection regardless of individual difference of a rotational body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rod 44a is abutted to a correctional action point 60 of a counter weight 16a and displaced so that a deflection Za becomes zero (step S4). Then, the rod 44a is stopped and a reaction force Ra generated between the correctional action point 60 and the rod 44a is measured by a load cell 48a (step S5). When the obtained reaction force Ra exceeds a threshold T (step S6), the correctional action point 60 is displaced by a target displacement amount Ya using the rod 44a (step S10), then the rod 44a is retreated to a position where the deflection Za becomes zero, and the step S5 is repeated.
