<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident causing disarrangement of paper, an injury of an operator or the like even if the paper or the operator contacts an adjusting member by allowing the adjusting member to be displaced when external force is applied to the adjusting member provided in proximity to a paper delivery tray. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This paper delivery apparatus 100 comprising the adjusting members 101, 102 for adjusting the width direction position of paper in the paper delivery tray 29, has a support means for supporting the adjusting members so that the adjusting members are displaced in a direction to intersect the delivery direction of paper, and a driving means for reciprocating the adjusting members along the width direction of paper on the paper delivery tray.
