It is characterized by the fact that the terminal 2 further includes a service activation pushbutton and a sustained service pushbutton, and the control module 1 includes a means of storing and supplying pre-recorded messages via the aforementioned loudspeaker, an emergency call being established and maintained solely while this sustained service pushbutton is pressed.
