The method involves deforming a blank made of fresh concrete, and hardening the blank in an intermediate product (2), in a binding process. The intermediate product is hardened until remaining humidity content is less than 5 degree. A color print (12) is applied on the hardened intermediate product. The intermediate product is warmed before application of the color print. The color print is sealed with a covering layer. The intermediate product is grinded for material abrasion. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing the printed concrete products.
