METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CASE OF DIGITEL MICROPHONE CHIP

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a digital microphone chip is provided to improve precision of a product by forming a coupling recess, a hole, a coupling skirt, and an edge interval part continuously. CONSTITUTION: A process region is cut and divided in a band type forming material with a constant thickness(100). A casing has a coupling recess with the upper opening. A digital microphone chip is inserted into the coupling recess with the upper opening(200). A coupling skirt is formed around a casing by partially cutting the process region adjacent to the edge of the casing(300). The coupling skirt is orthogonally connected to the casing. The edge interval part is formed between the coupling skirts(400). The casing is cut in the process region(600).
